Allergy Free Alternatives & Snacks

Hi, everyone! I've noticed I've gotten DMs about what sauce alternatives I use to make some of my meals allergy-free. These are some of the things I've been using that I listed on my Amazon storefront.

If you guys have other things you use please let me know I would love to try it out!

My stepdaughter is allergic to soy, milk, egg, peanuts, and tree nuts. I love to try to make my Japanese meals allergy-free.

Favorite Cookbooks

Hi everyone! For those who don't know I've been posting a lot of photos of lunches, snacks, cooking, & etc on my food/cooking Instagram. Been packing hubby lunches and the kiddos. I've been baking as well, so definitely want to add more of the things I need for baking on my list to buy.

*some meals are made allergy-free for when my stepdaughter is with me. Since she has a list of allergies.

I'm super excited to start sharing more of the food journey whether it's allergy-free, or first-time meals with the little baby senpai. Baby Senpai turns 1 in August! He's been eating more and more, so I have to adjust things like spices in the recipe, so I'll make a note if I change those for the ones I post on my Instagram.

These are a few of my favorite cookbooks not in any specific order. There's more listed on my Amazon list for my favorite cookbooks! (If I do share a recipe from the books sometimes I do change it to allergy-free, so I'll make sure to list what the regular ingredient is.

Exquisite Beef Stew allergy free!

I'm in the process of getting a video for this made. It's English Muffins but taken the recipe out of the Final Fantasy Cookbook XIV. (I have cream cheese, ham, and cheese in this. That is the only thing that makes it not allergy free is the cream cheese and cheese, but you can change that out to an allergy-free kind or not include it at all).
